Maybe it's a Midwest thing, but I was taught to pronounce "either" and "neither" as ˈē-thər and ˈnē-thər. These pronunciations are also listed first in several dictionaries I've checked. Whether this means that these are the preferred pronunciations appears to be a debate unto itself. But I rarely hear the long "e" versions used on U.S. television or by people from the East Coast. Rather it's the long "i" "alternatives", which still sound strange to me no matter how many times I hear them.
hi teacher!..thanks for teaching you really help me a lot.its really hard to study english by my own effort but you make it simple to me.GODBLESS!..=D
Paul, I can't believe you really look like Jim Morrison. This video is hilarious and you have a great voice!, you could recite poems like he used to do.
Thanks a lot for the videos, I just found them, I am gonna watch them all. Thanks.

@94weisse -- Well, you can also use "either" when presented with a choice. Here's an example:
A: Which one do you want?
B: Either one is okay. It doesn't make a difference.

I would like to thank you for the wonderful way you deliver information to the minds of your pupils.
In fact, I find it difficult to understand some English grammar until I found you in YouTube by accident.
Thank God for that
Mr. Powell, you are truly a wonderful teacher in every sense of the word

@cXkInGoD Don't confuse people!. You meant "I've learned/learnt" and I'm not sure about the final "To".
