In spite of the fact that i really like Andrej, i think it's clear that even he feels himself more free in male role. I think we must remember that this isn't first case when male is so beautiful and this isn't enough to start search female inside.
Andrej is he, maybe he feels inside that he is she, but in any case he hasn't both genders. For having both gender, it's important to have outer signs for both genders. A gender isn't only what we feel inside, but it's a part of our anatomy we use to express our expectation in a sociality.
