  • There are no tabs. Sorry.

  • I like this style Ken.

    Happy New Year!

  • Thanks. You too.

  • This is great, Ken. Makes me wish YouTube had a "Put this on a loop" button.

  • Thanks very much.

  • Wonderful Ken! That sounded really complex. It must have been difficult to get the timing right, but it sounded wonderful! Your videos always amaze me and make me want to play better.

  • Yes, keeping them together was tricky and I don't like using a click track.

  • Most excellent as always, Ken! It's always a pleasure to listen to your improvisations.

  • Thanks very much, Dirk.

  • beautiful! i just started learning how to play the ukulele and its very encouraging to hear what great things can be done with it! congrats!

  • Thanks very much.

  • Very cool and complex arrangement. Well done Ken!

  • Thank you, Deach. this is the sort of music I enjoy playing most of all.

  • Wow! The 2nd uke part must have been difficult to play doing the alternate rhythms. The result is wonderful to hear.

  • I had a feeling you might appreciate this one, Alan. I recorded the rhythm part first. that was not too tricky - I just did what I wanted. The other part was much more difficult however.

  • You make the uke sound so much bigger that it is - nice one.

  • I appreciate the comment, Stew.

  • Fabulous playing Ken. Are you happy with your Howlett?

  • Thanks Nick. Yes, it is not an all-rounder though. Great for Celtic music and melodies.

  • Great playing on both tracks I really like the rhythm.

  • Thanks MrP. The cross-rhythms are intended to throw you off balance a bit.

  • Sounds really difficult to perform.

  • Much more tricky than doing a song. Thanks Dylan.

  • brilliant & lovely. ~ Raz

  • Thanks Raz.

  • Loved it :) you never cease to amaze.

  • Thanks Shane. I'm really pleased with this one.

  • I like it! Very groovy. Excellent playing in both screens :)

  • Thanks, from both of me.

  • What video editing software you use ? Brilliant and lovely to listen to :)

  • I usually just use Windows Movie Maker. Foor this I used Pinnacle Studio.

  • Very cool done !!

I will never play well like you forever and ever.

You are really great player !!

  • Thanks for the comment, Tsutomu.

  • I love it when you jazz it up, Ken. You couldn't have picked a better song.

  • I really pleased with this one, Don. I'll do another one soon.

  • Sounds great! The "stereo panning" of rhythm at the beginning and the end is very interesting.

  • Yes, I'm pleased. It worked well.

  • Thanks very much.

  • You are so good at these improvisations- your definition of falling apart must be different to mine !!

  • Thanks Caroline. I enjoy doing these improvs most of all I think. But if I do a song by say Dylan or the Cure it gets 4 times as many views.

  • Life is Aisha..the meaning of her name.

  • Didn't know that. Thanks Brad.

  • beautiful uke playing mr Ken

    5**'s and faved

  • Thanks.

  • very nice Ken! 5*****

  • Thanks Russ.

  • Really excellent, I love the jazzy sound, great! :-) Will you be doing more like it? I don't think it fell apart?! :-) X

  • I played a duff note and it threw me so I stopped. I wanted it to be longer. That's all.

Yes, I will do more. This is the sort of music I like best. It is more difficult than it sounds though.

  • Ahh, I see :-) . I imagine it is a bit complicated. You've inspired me to put come Ella Fitzgerald on :-) I love jazz, find it really calming. I hope you use your jazz uke, I love how it sounds :-) X

  • I won the jazz uke earlier this year in the mmmBop Contest. It sounds great plugged in.

  • great job, ken!

    nice rendition!

  • Thanks very much.

  • Great playing and fancy frame-in-frame editing Ken!

That howlett looks good enough to eat...

  • Perhaps it the sausage curl in the koa. Yes, that's really what it's call.

  • That must be it - I love sausage. I'm going to order one with bacon striped koa.

  • Whhhhy couldn't it be called curly kale curl or lettuce curl? *sighs* Do sausages even curl?! Eh? :-) X

  • mmm curly tofu...

  • very fine and very together

  • Thanks very much.

  • Very very cool! Fall apart? Where? Sounded wonderful to me! Pat-your-foot good!

  • It went a bit wrong at the end, J. Otherwise I would have carried on and the video would be much longer.

  • Well, I liked it anyway. :-)

  • Very nice - I've always liked this song...

  • Thanks UB.

  • this is awesome! i love it.

  • Thanks very much.
