i think the casio sounds better than many yamahas.. actually most of the yamaha is more expensive just because of it has the "yamaha" logo .. and thats kinda annoying

I had a Yamaha it was great for learning to play etc, but men this keyboard has a nice crisp sound, up to 6 recording tracks and a computer interface. My advice is follow your instinct.

The newer yamahas like the one im using can record 32 channels, as well as having the nice interface, but as you say, go for what you prefer the feel of.
