@RufusShinraPower You can build a character in another program and then import them into alice, but it is really more trouble than it's worth.

@rotateaxis A program called google sketchup. But trust me it is more trouble than its worth unless you want your game or movie to lag like crazy.

@abdullahrockz I really can't say which one. I still use 2.0 and have never had any problems with it (Even after working on several large projects). I tried 2.2 when it was still in production and it was really glitchy for me. The graphics were not as good, there were some problems, so I stopped using it and have not used it since. I am relatively sure that it is a LOT more stable now, but I have not tried it since then.

how do i delete a sound file i imported? it making file to big to upload!!!

Right click on the sound file and press delete. Also, a good thing to do is to go to megaupload(dot)com and upload it to that and then post the URL into your Alice(dot)org post. You don't have to sign up or anything. I use this all the time because most of the files that I upload to the site are much too big. Examples: War zone and Halo 3 Starry Night Trailer (both are on my youtube account)

how do you download alice

Go to Alice(dot)org and at the top it will say "download". Click on that and download either alice 2.0 or 2.2. I am not sure how good 2.2 is because I have used 2.0 since the beginning and know for a fact that it is stable.

Yeah, just click on the object you want to edit and then click the "add objects" button. Then you will see to the right there are a few buttons that allow you to edit things (move up and down, turn left and right, turn up and down, etc) Well to edit individual parts, just select the thing that says "Effect sub parts" and you will be able to move individual parts of the body using those buttons.

then what Alice 2.0 gives. It seems to be limited

Yeah, it is pretty limited, but as far as I know, the he builder is about as complex as it gets in regards to character customization.
