Lets get this straight.Mark Duggan was videoed buying a gun.The box on the video was found in the back of the cab,the gun found 14ft away.he had also sent a text to his girlfriend saying he was being followed by "feds".This would suggest that he stopped the cab and tried to et rid of the gun.The fact they did not find his DNA or blood does NOT mean he had no gun,it just means the gun did not have his DNA or blood.

According to a recent stay of execution of a black man, the US Supreme Court halted the execution after his lawyers argued his sentence was unfair because of a question about race during his trial because courtroom testimony by a psychologist who said black men are more likely than others to be repeat offenders after leaving jail. (An opinion I would agree with.) Yet the psychologist is 'considered' a racist -- and so would you be too, regardless of excuse-making.

I find the UK news more interesting than US news, though UK, as US news, does not indicate race when a crime is committed, unless the perp is white and victim is black.
