My best PC is.... imagine this....

Take near-state-of-the-art cards, Graphics, Sound, RAM and Motherboard, and a DAMN good ventilator... cooler... whatever, then install the OLDEST version of Windows XP. Add the service packs, chance some text in the Win32 scripts, save them (I made a back-up of course), and change some basic settings to it uses EVERY SINGLE COMPONENT to the maximal... well, it got faster than the WIndows Vista/7s in the city I live in...

xD, your right, i could've made the thing do enough dmg to kill behemoths on Very Hard in one shot to the head, but eh, it gets WAY too easy to kill anything(and everything) if you do that xD. But yes, by 'wings' i literally mean that the sheer impact force of the sniper rifle will cause them to go higher and farther with each sequential hit. Be better if I uploaded a recording of it, but it's fun to see a behemoth REALLY high in the air before he explodes and falls back down xD.

Don't think any of my weaps would fit into this category except an editied sniper rifle of mine which i dubbed"50 Cal Sniper Rifle", yeah not original, but who cares. It's not like the wimpy snipers in the game, it has over 4000 impact force on it when the bullet hits, and add onto it that they fall over with a crit hit, it's hella fun to watch xD. Shoot 5 times in vats with it, ur enemy now officially has wings before he dies :P.
