@littleriddick1 ok thank you, do you think this is a good routine i use? Monday- Gym Tuesday- Jog Wednesday- Gym Thursday- Rest Friday-Gym Saturday-Jog Sunday-Rest Every time i go to the gym i work out every body part doing 5 sets of ten, it does the job, muscles are completely exhausted. and i do a 2 mile jog on tuesdays and saturdays
@superkrystian - wow...quite the routine....sounds like mine! =) hehehe... Try changing it up though...If you been doing this for a month now, change the routine to 20 reps of 5 (or as many reps you can after the 1st set of 20)...take only 25 second rests between sets.... once you go the next exercise, take a 1 minute rest. As for the cardio, jogging is great, but again - try to change it up...use the elliptical on some days, rollerblade or play a sport. cont'd....
Also, get lots's of sleep(like 7 to 8 hours) and eat on a caloric deficit. (less than your recommended intake for the day. Put all that together and you'll see results...fo-sho. ;-)
@littleriddick1 believe me i get lots of sleep :-P and i think im going to change my 12 week body transformation into 16 weeks, because the last month i didnt really know what i was doing, but now i do, im making a video same like yours, will send you the link in a few months when it is done :-D
hey ive been watching all your journeys, seriously great job, ive just started my 12 week body transformation, im on week 4 and i cant notice that much difference, but you got alot more difference in your firts month, do you think it is because i started with only 9% body fat, and you started with more and you lost more than me?
Thanks guy. looking to create another one of these videos again..but in regards to your question, there are so many reasons why you may not be getting results. But let's try to rule out a few ideas.
1. Does the workout program you are using "change" exercises all the time? (like P90x or the one I used)? 2 avoid plateauing
2. Are you eating every 3 hours? If not - get eating!
3. Are you eating more than your recommended calorie intake?

Fucking hell. That is amazing dude. You've got some pretty impressive skills :). I started working out 5 months ago and havent noticed anyway near as much difference as I see with your body. I'm buffled.
@Heinanen1982 try PT, i was doing gym for 2 years, i was huge, but it wasnt what i wanted, now im with a personal trainer, it's only been 2-3 weeks, but the results are unbelievable, and everything is going to proportion as i wanted. and i found that most of the things i did when i was working out were done wrong... yes its costly but its worth it. personaly im paying alot of money per week. but i wont regret it :)
