  • i saw this being filmed

  • this gesture is in reply to when the french would capture british archers they would cut off thier bow fingers this is thier way of saying look ive still got mine. or flipping someone off

  • If ur suffering from tress THIS IS UR CURE!!! Why do they always lift 2 fingers ,ll,,when it should be only the midle ,,l,,

  • @HORRIOR

When an American holds up two fingers it means either "peace" or "victory".

When a Brit does it it means "up yours"

  • @TomatoeAssassin so two fingers in britian is kinda equivilent to the middle finger in america? just less offensive...

  • @janeEyreAddict The 'peace' sign is usually formed with the palm facing outward. The two fingers insult is usually palm facing in.

  • @gtifigurehead ah ok thanks :)

  • Oh man I've been looking for these for years, never seen them before!

Thanks so much for posting!! I love these early ones!!

  • is that librarian talking about feminism or lesbianism?

  • probably a bit of both, but more on the lesbian side.

  • @Vishnavazone At one point early in the feminist movement, it was nearly always implied that a feminist must also be lesbian, so "unnatural" were their views, but the reality was that "feminist" came to mean "empowered female". I kinda like the phrase she uses "emancipated brother female" . . . and odd oxymoron that somehow makes some sense.

  • Could the world last through two Compos?

  • man i love this show this old epodie with michael bates is funny but the ones with michael aldrige and brian wilde are funner
