if you ask me, i thought this game was awesome, yes it was frustrating at times but still if you look past that it's a great game not better then the first but still good.
Kamille, Kira, Char, Amuro, and Four are the pilots in this video. You can tell by which models their suits are. Kamille uses Gundam Mk II, Kira uses Strike Freedom, Char uses the Sazabi, Amuro uses Nu Gundam, and Four uses the Psycho Gundam.
For me it's one of those "pick up and play" games. It's sitting in the shelf most of the time, but once in a while makes for a couple good afternoons.
That and at least has a decent frame-rate unlike "Gundam: Target in Sight" (which i also like, but DAMN that frame-rate....
@NagaTen 0081 was a blast. left out some of the good points from target in sight sadly though.... target in sight had its failures, but detail was nice on the m.s and damadge was good too. you lost that in 0081. i like encounters in space best.
Both the Musha gundams are indeed in this game, quite a bit of gundams are in here, actually, although only the class 3 MS are worth...anything, is this game worth playing? Well, it's one of the best gundam games released outside of Japan, course, that's not saying much seeing as Japan has infinitely better gundam games, it's much better than journey to Jaburo if that gets you interested, but if you can't get over the repetitiveness, then probably not...
And no, you're not doing anything wrong, that's basically the whole game, wade into a crowd of ms and cut them to ribbons, sure, there's the other mode which I forget the name of, complete non gundam storyline missions, collecting parts to build extra suits and upgrade your own suit, as well as randomly unlock skills assigned to certain suits for the single pilot your using (ex. put Heero in God Gundam and eventually unlock serene mind) but hack and slash is basically the entire game.
im sad cause my PS3 had to be taken to the shop and i was almost done but when i got it back all my data was gone D'= i was so close to getting Mush MK2
but any ways i think they should throw the OVA Gundams in there cause i would love to see The Astrays and Gundam (G)
ah tis game... i gotta say it was the most fun ive had on the ps2 in a while... especially if youre playing with a friend whos not as into gundam as you are but can still get into this game just as much... i think i need to complete the game still...its like the farther you progress the more stuff you unlock and the more extra stuff you have to do... it just keeps stacking
@ZR0Ver2 24hrs! It better get much better fast if I'm ever going to make it that far. Or else I'm looking to download somebody's game saves and cheat. (I understand it "can" be done but just not investigated exactly how yet...)
Some of the "extra missions" are nearly impossible. Once had to fight 2 musha MK-IIs at the same time, if i was'nt using a maxed out nu gundam with its glitch funnels of death i would have been killed in 5 seconds.
This game is exactly what it is: a Dynasty Warriors game with gundam.

That's good to know. I'll give it some time to grow on me.

All they did from the first one are add lots more mobile suits and introduce mobile armours.
Its way too repeditive and requires probably 24 hours in mission mode before you even see Musha MK-II. Then another pile of hours to unlock it.
