I wish they created villains like the Goa'uld again that have individual personality. We never even saw a single Ori talk, unlike the Ancients. It was great when they gave the Wraith queens individual personalities in later seasons of SGA.

"Stargate" has some of the coolest alien races in all of science fiction and the Goa'uld are the best.

One thing that I always loved about them is that the individual System Lords are had well defined characteristics and ambitions but were still all totally evil. The Wraith in "Atlantis" were less well defined initially, that is until they introduced Michael and Todd later on.
