@Method775 - It actually wasn't 16 more SEALs.The rescue consisted of a Chinook carrying 8 SEALs and 8 members of the U.S. Army Airborne 160th Night Stalkers. They were hit by an RPG just before they landed. Everyone on board was killed. Those guys were flying into a bees nest of Taliban and Al Queda that knew the difficult terrain better than we did. It was an unfortunate spoil of war. Sometimes the enemy stings back. The most amazing thing was Marcus Luttrell surviving the entire ordeal.

I highly recommend that everyone read the book Lone Survivor by Marcus Luttrell, Marcus was one of Danny's comrades on SEAL Team 10 and tells the story of Operation Redwing where Danny was KIA

When I joined the paratroopers it was a whole new deal and I knew nothing. Don't be so quick to spout off. If you really want to be a highly trained operator you need to have a cool head or you'll just get left in the dust like so many guys I've seen behind me. Get your mind right and don't let others words bother you.

I think the people that disliked this video are probably just not willing to cheer a guy for killing 30 people just because he himself died. @Method775 - It actually wasn't 16 more SEALs.The rescue consisted of a Chinook carrying 8 SEALs and 8 members of the U.S. Army Airborne 160th Night Stalkers. They were hit by an RPG just before they landed. Everyone on board was killed. Those guys were flying into a bees nest of Taliban and Al Queda that knew the difficult terrain better than we did. It was an unfortunate spoil of war. Sometimes the enemy stings back. The most amazing thing was Marcus Luttrell surviving the entire ordeal.

I highly recommend that everyone read the book Lone Survivor by Marcus Luttrell, Marcus was one of Danny's comrades on SEAL Team 10 and tells the story of Operation Redwing where Danny was KIA
