just remember in the study that said weed can lessen the risk of cancer, it isn't truly that explicit. keep in mind that it has essential fatty acids contained within it, and those fatty acids are said to help immunity response in the human body, so in terms of cancer, it can help. also remember though, that smoking the herb does not really allow for a lot consumption of the fatty acids, they mostly just burn off. one would have to ingest the weed to get the fatty acids.
