The 13th Vortex IS NOT the center of the Earth. IT is an actual place and point on Earth, not in Earth. IT is the Key that makes the galley men of the 12 other 'ships' row. "As above, so below". Since there are 12 Vortices/Nodes "on" Earth - there are 12 more "above" Earth for a total of 24! BUT the 13th Vortex is the "Key" to all. 12 seen (*Key*) 12 unseen - just like 12 hours of daytime & 12 hours of nighttime. I can't really elucidate on it further at this point. I hope it helps.

Yes, there are 12 KNOWN major vortices or nodes on Earth. These are dimensional portals, star gates, doorways that distort space and time, etc. When dealing with this specific subject, we are dealing with TIME and space.
