Hi hi! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my BF got amazing Six pack abs and lost a lot of belly fat with it.
hi everyone, has anyone here tested out Gallactico 324 Diet (search on google) ?My father lost a lot of pounds using Gallactico 324 Diet within weeks?
Hi Anmol. I have problem sitting in the same posture as you. My back starts aching and my legs starts feeling limp as well. Is there a technique or something u can share with me on how I can overcome this ?
I can no longer sit in the posture as shown in the video either. I still practice kapalbhati but now I sit in a chair. The key is keeping the back straight and making sure that the muscles involved in breathing are relaxed.
I learned this from Baba Ramdev but it was a pleasure to see somebody else teach it-amazing technique-thank you for your light, I enjoyed. God bless you too.
Obviously to lose weight you need to exercise and keep a balanced diet. By just doing this breathing exercise instead of all other sports, would this help you to lose some weight?
Well done. Thank you for posting. As with all people breathing is basic to life itself yet further in my profession as a professional ventriloquist control of the breathing process for vocal production is a fundamental skill that must be learned to be practiced well. Again thank you for this one. It's practical, simple and it it works!
Wow! Thanks for the great ideas. I think they will go very well with the program I'm using through the reallifeforhealth website. Their system is really easy to use and it does everything. They have 1000's of different recipes to choose from and they help you build a fitness and nutrition plan that suits your goals. I'm happy that there's no fad diets, pills, or required supplements. I'm really impressed with it, especially since they offer a free trial.
omg, seriously, my dog Onyx just did this exercise with me. just once, but she definitely responded with the exact same breathe, crazy cool dog that she is.
This is the first time I tried the exercise (In the past few years anyway)
I think she liked it. I did.
She also sighs when i sigh or my husband sighs. Pretty Cool huh.
Great video, and yea, losing weight is not easy, but it's POSSIBLE. The think is that there is soo many OTHER ways to lose weight. For example, my favourite is dancing to the music I love (2h/day). Or playing soccer with my kids.. there is so many funny and simple methods out there, and you don't even need to spend hours in gym. I lost about 30 pounds already. All those methods I discovered at w w w. weightlossdatabase.info <- this membership site is simply amazing and has some unique ways.
Thank you so much! This was very helpful. I was having terrible stomach gas/bloating all day and was blown up like a balloon. I was so happy to find this -- just what I needed. I feel immediate relief after doing this and both of my nostrils "woke up!" Air is moving into my body much better now. I feel so energized. I will keep practicing this!
Hi, I was just wondering about something, it looks like your breathing in through your nose everytime you make the sniffing noise because you raise your shoulders, but are you actually breathing out through your nose when you do this
Can i do this exercise while sitting on a chair? My knees are not in a good shape and it is not possible for me to sit down on the floor the way you are sitting in the video.
Will sitting on a chair reduce any of the benefits of this exercise?
Hei I really like your videos and thank you for your efforts. I have one question. I have this stomach problem called Gerd (Digestive problems)--are there yoga exercises and breathing exercises that can improve stomach conditions

@wanderlei786 Yes, I mean a full body workout. Squats, lunges, pullups, lat pulldowns, pushups, chest flys, deadlifts, curls, dips.. every bodypart. The key is either SLOW 1-2 seconds reps, or INTENSE explosive reps. A fast workout is a good workout, but only if it is intense. If you can do 20 fast pushups and you arent getting any stronger or bigger... Do 10 very slow pushups. Intensity, or explosiveness would mean, ideally, clap pushups. Message back for diet, can only fit so much in a post.
I dont know whether Yoga has a religious link or not but one thing I can say It is been practised by Hindus which is origin of India. You should have positive mind to accept all religions. @liv34today Yoga does have spiritual origins but is non-denominational. In fact there is evidence that Yoga has been practiced in different parts of the world for a long long time - not only in India. All the best.
@AnmolMehtaCom yes I practice Yoga which originates from the Chinese Taoists, obviously it is not called Yoga but DaoYin but the basics are very similar and both are thousands of years old.
@AnmolMehtaCom That is totally ridiculous, Ayurveda and Yoga have its root from Ancient Hinduism.
Hinduism is not a religion. Its a way of life lead by Ancient Indians. Principle on which one should lead a life to attain salvation. So Yoga and ayurveda have evolved from this dharma........Yes , Yoga is followed all over the world NOW.. before 19th century, no one in world knows what yoga is.. check your facts mate
I have been following Kapalbhati on and off for the past 3 years. IN the beginning of 2010, soon after I finish Kapalbhati, I felt my stomach's muscles and felt dizzy when I get up from the chair. Then I stopped. I strated again last week. This time, I do not feel my stomach muscles or any dizziness after I finish one set. My doubt now is whether I am doing the breath correctly or not. How can I find out? I usually do atleast 1000 times at one sitting once a day. Thank you again for posting.
@liv34today Yoga is fun. And while it was developed and practiced in conjunction with a myriad of faiths, it's not inherently tied to any. Most forms of martial arts, for example, have roots in buddhist principles and practices, but are equally applicable to any (or no) faith. They're independent arts, as is yoga.
bein' relegious an' doin' yoga can be used together or just for relaxation techniques. as long as you don't replace your god(s) with yoga, you won't upset him (them.) there's nothing wrong with exercise an' relaxing if you continue to worship your god(s).
@liv34today Hinduism is one religion that incorporates athiesm in itself. Hathayoga is one of the more athiestic parts of Hinduism. The seer who chrnoicled Hathayoga, was called Rishi Gheranda, and he was an athiest himself and he preached Yoga for good health. Another Seer, Paatanjali was a believer, and he preached yoga for better spiritual experience.
You can use Yoga to attain excellence in whatever you do, notwithstanding your religious beliefs.
@AnmolMehtaCom Dear anmol thanks for this video, I have a question about the dangers of kapalbhati.. Apart from the excellent benifits kapalbhati bestows on its user.IT is said that people with high blood pressure, hernia and heart problems should avoid this exercise since it makes it worse. Is there anyway someone can find out what exercises are dangerous for what kind of people or is that why it is advised to go to a proper guru for instruction and not to do yoga by oneself.
I like this exercise very much it is easy to learn and you can pracitce it anywhere anytime. the mind is like a parachute it only works when it is open. empathy, understanding and patience are free to give and receive perhaps if more people in this world practiced some of these we would all be alot happier and healthier.
Thank you very much for this. I used to do yoga after the birth of my second child and I had gone back to my prepregnancy weight. But then over time, i stopped doing it and gained wieght again. More than that, it is the work stress and the constant tiredness that sap all energy out of me. I decided to take it up again but by then, i had forgotten how to do it properly. Finally, I found videos on youtube that would show asanas and prananyam correctly. Bless you for posting!
This is a perfect breathing technique for weight loss....for people who don't actually need to lose weight !
Unfortunately, people who need to lose weight have what I call a knife, fork and spoon problem and need way way more then a breathing technique they won't actually practice, hell, most experienced, well-practiced yogis don't even regularly practice pranayama, if at all.
not all the people that need to lose weight have what you call a knife, fork and spoon problem ...some people were sick for long stuck to the bed, some have a poor function of tyroid gland ...some (like me ) just had a baby and so on there is a long list of people that need to lose weight with no " knife, fork and spoon problem"...oups you need to stop judging people and do a self analisis...if you stay on this path yoga might help you if you are willing to open your heart...you can start here!
It has been noted you felt the need to react to my comments about fat people and their need to restrict what they eat and on the basis of this you would be the last person on the planet who should be giving unwanted advice on....well, anything really !
Interesting that fat people always have the perfect excuses for being fat don't they ?
haha...in one of my videos there are pictures with me wile pregnant (if i am fat than for sure 99.9% of the population is fat also)..i was not taking "fat people" side nor the "skinny ones"...but i guess you are too simple minded to have any reasoning skills.
interesting that childish, selfish people cannot admit wen they are wrong isn't it?
that beeing said i am not gona bother with you no more so feel free to make discriminatory statements about me or anybody...you are not worth my attention
don't worry cinni ...it looks like he has a bigger problem than that ...with himself ...he strives for some kind of "imaginative perfection" that is too far to reach for him ...and as he gets closer and closer in his own head he feels the need to put down anything that don't follow the guidelines of "his perfection"...it will be too late wen he is gona wake up and see he suffers from a form of depresive disorder.
Have you dreamed to be slim and sexy ? Well dream no more, Get Free trial of our new diet supplement and start seeing results in few days ! See my profile for more.
Of course NO! For lose weight need dont eat sweets, cakes, white bread, fat foods, dont drink cola and diferent coctailes like this.Dont eat fast-food.Need eat easy food on diner.Need make yoga minimum 40 minuts in a day.Need many walk.Need dont eat many food in evening and dont eat 3 hours befor sleep.
For Kapalbhati: I suggest that you visit his website and read all of the information, clarify everything FIRST. understand the benefits and the CAUTIONS. Then you decide for yourself. Rule of thumb: Too much of anything is good for nothing. So, take it easy.
For loosing 10 lbs.: There are different ways.
Finally, if you try Kapalbhati ONLY to loose 10 lbs., then would you post the outcome.
I would not do Kapalbhati for 2 hours to loose 10 lbs.
this pranayam is excellent for loosing tummy bulge and toning your tummy! I have done it and it works! I am a big Yoga follower. It works you guys try it along with Surya Namaskar! You want to exhale as forcefully as possible. This is what burns the calories on your tummy!
hey......i've also started to do this yoga.....and it is great...but i have one question......when i exhale....i also take in a bit of air in.....is that normal? because i can't help breathing in a bit.......
today i started to do this, when i open my eyes after doing some 3 mts i feel some cloud/mist kind going away from my body and my ears nose are free anyone felt that?
It's my understanding that pranayama is to be done (ideally) under the supervision of a master. Its like work with the fire and learning to chanalize the pranic energy from what I understand. However certain pranayama like this one, can be done as you have demostrated, provided that certain precautions are followed. I would assume that pranayama must ideally be done in an empty stomach. Could pls you clarify this? I beleive such pre-cautions are very important
I have a small question. I tried Kapalvati and had a hard time inhaling which led to getting tired pretty soon. As demonstrated in this video itself, if you exhale so frequently, you really don't have time to inhale.
Take your time, don't go too fast. Allow the inhalation to happen before you do the next exhalation. Relax the abdomen after the exhalation so that the inhalation is more effective.
I notice from your videos everytime I close my eyes afterwards, I see you sitting in a yogic pose inside a white box as a shadowy figure. I actually try to maintain the picture of you as a visualised focus to inspire my concentration to maintain calm. Today I actually saw you moving the box and I don't know whether I imagined it or not, but you were giving me the thumbs up.
Thanks, but this is not a pranayam. It is really one of the six main shatkarmas and is a Kriya (cleansing techique) not a pranayam. But still not bad video
Thanks for the comment, but I will stick with Pantajali, and say its a Kriya. Again, being one of the main Shatkarmas, which are cleansing techiques, my logic and truth tells me it is a kriya. A Pranayama is expansion of the prana or breath. But again, the truth cannot be spoken, it is an experience a "doing". One must experience to know one's own truth. A truth for you, is not necessarily a truth for another. I would love to talk more about this with you. best wishes in your practice
DrewVan111, I agree with you, You are absolutely correct! I have taken Art of Living course, and I can tell you that this is cleansing technique, shorter, simpler version of what I learnt. It is 'Kriya' not Pranayama, but some do call it Pranayama like they do in my yoga class.
Thank you very much for your excelent training videos.
Can you please let us know how long each of your exercises need to be practiced a day and any eating habits that need to be performed before these exercises.

1) Hold your breath.
2) Copy all of these steps.
3) Go to two other video.
4) Paste it in the comments.
If you can do all of this without breathing you're a good pot smoker

I have been following Kapalbhati on and off for the past 3 years. IN the beginning of 2010, soon after I finish Kapalbhati, I felt my stomach's muscles and felt dizzy when I get up from the chair. Then I stopped. I strated again last week. This time, I do not feel my stomach muscles or any dizziness after I finish one set. My doubt now is whether I am doing the breath correctly or not. How can I find out? I usually do atleast 1000 times at one sitting once a day. Thank you again for posting.

@liv34today
You dont have to be religious for yoga...
Just like writing, cycling and sex.
suvojitbanerjee1977 1 year ago
@liv34today Yoga is fun. And while it was developed and practiced in conjunction with a myriad of faiths, it's not inherently tied to any. Most forms of martial arts, for example, have roots in buddhist principles and practices, but are equally applicable to any (or no) faith. They're independent arts, as is yoga.

@liv34today
bein' relegious an' doin' yoga can be used together or just for relaxation techniques. as long as you don't replace your god(s) with yoga, you won't upset him (them.) there's nothing wrong with exercise an' relaxing if you continue to worship your god(s).
sye117 9 months ago

Dear Anmol Mehta,
Thank you very much for this.

How long is a person supposed to be able to do this straight, without stopping?

This is a perfect breathing technique for weight loss....for people who don't actually need to lose weight !
Unfortunately, people who need to lose weight have what I call a knife, fork and spoon problem and need way way more then a breathing technique they won't actually practice, hell, most experienced, well-practiced yogis don't even regularly practice pranayama, if at all.
Nice thought and good video instruction though.
cspace1234nz 2 years ago
not all the people that need to lose weight have what you call a knife, fork and spoon problem ...some people were sick for long stuck to the bed, some have a poor function of tyroid gland ...some (like me ) just had a baby and so on there is a long list of people that need to lose weight with no " knife, fork and spoon problem"...oups you need to stop judging people and do a self analisis...if you stay on this path yoga might help you if you are willing to open your heart...you can start here!
elenalejeune 2 years ago
It has been noted you felt the need to react to my comments about fat people and their need to restrict what they eat and on the basis of this you would be the last person on the planet who should be giving unwanted advice on....well, anything really !
Interesting that fat people always have the perfect excuses for being fat don't they ?
cspace1234nz 2 years ago
haha...in one of my videos there are pictures with me wile pregnant (if i am fat than for sure 99.9% of the population is fat also)..i was not taking "fat people" side nor the "skinny ones"...but i guess you are too simple minded to have any reasoning skills.
interesting that childish, selfish people cannot admit wen they are wrong isn't it?
that beeing said i am not gona bother with you no more so feel free to make discriminatory statements about me or anybody...you are not worth my attention

Likewise, how about you follow your own pathetic advice and fuck off and mind your own business ?
cspace1234nz 2 years ago
don't worry cinni ...it looks like he has a bigger problem than that ...with himself ...he strives for some kind of "imaginative perfection" that is too far to reach for him ...and as he gets closer and closer in his own head he feels the need to put down anything that don't follow the guidelines of "his perfection"...it will be too late wen he is gona wake up and see he suffers from a form of depresive disorder.

If like this u ll lose 5 kg for 2 months.
umraojaaan 2 years ago

This is what burns the calories on your tummy!
swanlily 2 years ago
hey......i've also started to do this yoga.....and it is great...but i have one question......when i exhale....i also take in a bit of air in.....is that normal? because i can't help breathing in a bit.......
lochtelove 2 years ago
Yep, thats fine, thats whats meant to happen, after each exhale an inhale will automatically occur.

how many times v do this exercise at a time? v must do this exercise daily? thanx
canscop 2 years ago 2
It's my understanding that pranayama is to be done (ideally) under the supervision of a master. Its like work with the fire and learning to chanalize the pranic energy from what I understand. However certain pranayama like this one, can be done as you have demostrated, provided that certain precautions are followed. I would assume that pranayama must ideally be done in an empty stomach. Could pls you clarify this? I beleive such pre-cautions are very important

I tried a couple different ways of yoga breathing and I always have trouble exhaling.
Novelist6369 3 years ago
I have a small question. I tried Kapalvati and had a hard time inhaling which led to getting tired pretty soon. As demonstrated in this video itself, if you exhale so frequently, you really don't have time to inhale.
asifmomin1 3 years ago
Take your time, don't go too fast. Allow the inhalation to happen before you do the next exhalation. Relax the abdomen after the exhalation so that the inhalation is more effective.
Best,
Anmol

I notice from your videos everytime I close my eyes afterwards, I see you sitting in a yogic pose inside a white box as a shadowy figure. I actually try to maintain the picture of you as a visualised focus to inspire my concentration to maintain calm. Today I actually saw you moving the box and I don't know whether I imagined it or not, but you were giving me the thumbs up.

Thanks, but this is not a pranayam. It is really one of the six main shatkarmas and is a Kriya (cleansing techique) not a pranayam. But still not bad video
DrewVan111 3 years ago
No... this kriya could also be called pranayama. the kapalvati one.
semeru2 3 years ago
Thanks for the comment, but I will stick with Pantajali, and say its a Kriya. Again, being one of the main Shatkarmas, which are cleansing techiques, my logic and truth tells me it is a kriya. A Pranayama is expansion of the prana or breath. But again, the truth cannot be spoken, it is an experience a "doing". One must experience to know one's own truth. A truth for you, is not necessarily a truth for another. I would love to talk more about this with you. best wishes in your practice
DrewVan111 3 years ago
DrewVan111, I agree with you, You are absolutely correct! I have taken Art of Living course, and I can tell you that this is cleansing technique, shorter, simpler version of what I learnt. It is 'Kriya' not Pranayama, but some do call it Pranayama like they do in my yoga class.
