Oh. For that? You don't need to edit the GCF. There should be a C:/Program Files/Steam/steamapps/*YOUR NAME HERE*/Portal/Portal/maps Just put the .bsp files in there. When you start up Portal, just launch a game. Then type "changelevel *mapname here"" without the quotes or asterisks.

you should have a folger in portal named maps, there you have to put the map, then start game and start a level, after that type in console: changelevel
