Honestly, I'd be out of my mind, probably in shock, shaking, crying.....God forbid this ever happening.....but I do know I'd be hysterical, which I'm sure they'd love but I know I wouldn't be thinking about how they feel about how I'm reacting to my child missing, when I'm innocent. The family didn't commit this crime, Casey did. They, at least initially appear to be caught between trying to tell the truth and being in a certain amount of denial. The laughter appears to be nervous laughter to me. In stressful situations people often laugh to cope with the stress. The longer the interview goes on, the more stressed he sounds and the more he laughs. He almost sounds a bit hysterical at some points. What a horrifying situation to be in.

Oh dont think you know how you would react in that situation. They probably had no idea she had been killed, especially the brother. The family has gotten a bad rap in the press mainly due to people like Nancy Grace. When he speaks of the smell - the furthest thing from his mind is that the smell could be his decomposing niece. I think he thought she had given her up for adoption or sold her or given her away.

Nervous laughter isn't that unusual in this situation. Why don't people understand this? It's SO normal. He sounds totally truthful; moreover, he's offering sound information to the police. I firmly believe he's telling the truth, and wants justice for Caylee.

Who "rats out" his own blood, his own sibling, his own sister?  Noone does that unless there's something to hide. Also, this interview was done WAY before a body was found, and WAY before the remains were identified as Caylee's.

It seemed to me that Lee was being very truthful, but there were other times when he supported Casey's lies. In another interview, Lee said he believes and knows there is the nanny Zenaida. He couldn't know that, because there isn't any nanny. I believe Lee wants to tell the truth, yet he's not willing to be the one to hang his own sister. I read his interview a while back. After hearing his voice and picking up on a few things, I think he knew what had happened.

He says when he first got to the house he started talking to Casey, ect., ect., he says he got a pad and pencil so that he could write stuff down....come on....you find out your niece has been "kidnapped" and you are writing shit down.The first thing Cindy says when she sees Casey "crying" is "What did you do"? There should be no question now, months into this nonsense that the Anthony family now knows that the child isn't kidnapped, missing. She is not alive.
