  • Yours seems to be much more stable than mine. Maybe it was windier/gustier here that day. Not a bad plane but was a lot of work to build right. Took more time than should be needed, but is an ok flyer with a few adjustments

  • This is the brushless version or brushed with lipo?

  • i fianally built mine!!!!!!!! im going to have one of the ppl in my club maiden it. one question tho, does it work in snow???

  • Well Done!! I would say yes it would work on snow, as my first flight was off wet grass... so I guess snow would be fine.

Just be gentle... the hull is thin. I ended up coating my entire hull with Epoxy to toughen it up!

    Good luck

  • Hi,

Is the brand of this plane guanli.

    Thanks Brods

  • Yes it is! I have one in stock if you are interested.

  • This plane is not hard to build. You just need to not be 13 years old. I love mine, and have 10 flights on it. Most all off of water.

  • Hey mate,

Thanks for the comments. Can I ask what power plant you are using. I have upgraded now to counter rotating 10X8s and she is too powerful. Might have to drop a prop size.

    Cheers

  • dude dont buy this plane. i bought it online and it is very badly made. the instructions are completely wrong too. it flys nice but is very hard to build. wasnt it hard to build it?

  • This plane was easy to build! There are some things that could be improved - but that is with any plane.

If you read the review, you will see that it went really well.

So to answer your question - No... it was not hard to build... and I still fly here off my dam regularly!!

    Cheers

  • but its definitly not RTF. and isnt it a bit weak? didnt think it was that strong i need to reinforce it. besides its my first plane and im 13. i hope i can get some help from my neighbor. thanks tho..

  • dude i was putting together but the wires from the wing motors and servos hangout and i cant put it in from the top and have the wing sit properly.. any tips??

  • Well Yes that is one of the small concerns. If you read the review you will see that I made slight alterations to allow the wires to be recessed into the wing, and then used white tape to keep them neat and hidden. It is not hard and is very affective.

    Cheers
