@flamegrl13 that is because your body wants to let go of byproducts your body does not need. This is perfectly normal and happens to let your body stay healthy and in good condition. Solution: take a piss.

ahhhh back when i was in third grade my dad owned a church in which i spent most of my time at and a there was a creek in the forest next to the church and i would go down there and just listen and mediatate nd just spend some time with God it one of my most spiritual memories
