does this increase your horsepower much? is it the whole exhaust system or just the muffler?

This is whole exhaust system. I could tell there a difference in horsepower, but not much gain. The bigger the pipe for the flow to come out, the gains you get. Example for turbo-application. Why do you think people purchase a 3" inch exhaust for that setup? To get the best gain out of your vehicle.

thats not always the case with an all motor vehicle. too big of an exhaust will kill power. n/a engines need some back pressure.

Very true, up until you get too large of a diameter, and start losing backpressure.

That's when you start losing power, eh?

Exhaust sounds great, you should do a ride-around video; normal driving, red-lining, interior, exterior, ect.

All Greddy SP2 Exhaust for the RSX (DC5) sticks out without the A-Spec or ITR Rear Lip. It wouldn't stick out if you don't put a rear lip on.

I Googled Carbon Fiber Difuser and found nothing...so maybe that is a custom part or something!

you should really let your car warm up for a few minutes before you start revving it. it wsnt bad...but still. cold start then revving it without letting your shit warm up...not good.
