@ocbc1975 I should do a review on it...because it is OK...for someone who uses blenders and food processors EVERY DAY I liked that it could be used as a food processor too since it uses S-blades similar to a traditional food processor...but I feel it falls short in some respects as it lacks major power to do professional level dips and creams and stuff AND it is a bit dangerous and awkward to clean the blades.BUT you do get a food processor a dough maker and a blender all in one for a good price

The secret : pleasure is also a key factor in a diet, just it is important to not go into excess both ways : not to much junk food, not only raw bio food. The most difficult thing is to not be obsessed by food ( hard i kno). Follow the food pyramid! (there is a section for fat, sugar, meat ! they are important to be healthy!). Hope this helps

@carpediem4193 The French also eat very Natural foods compared to Americans...the cheese is "REAL" meaning not heavily pasteurized and hormonized the way ours is. Also there is a tradition of portion control over there as well where Pigging out isnt as prevalent
