@BasicModelling In this episode, one of the Master races sends someone to see if they are worthy of the war ahead. This man was frozen by that race and they use him to torture people to see if the back away. THe Captain tries to find out who he is and in the end, you find out that he was Jack the Ripper in England. It was such a great seen and episode. If you have never seen it I say give it a shot. the Series is amazing.
That one scene when I saw it waaay back when it was first playing, the line about where Sebastian mentions where he lived had me thinking, but it wasn't until this final line in the episode that I got it. And I very much remember the hairs on the back of my neck going straight up up when I pieced it together. Makes the episode that much more...terrifying.
Interesting.. haven't seen Babylon 5 though, so don't know the significance of the scene.. :)

It's just the revelation that this guy who is working for a group of aliens called The Vorlon was Jack The Ripper
