@kankurou1010 Free hand is basically when there isn't a structured technique. Many people do glove tricks, some do poi (or spinning lights on strings) and some people do free hand. In my opinion, free hand is the best way to go because you can match rhythem, beat, melody etc. without having to be held back by a type of structure.

Try this simple thing. when a song slows down, put all the fingers in one and cerld in like you were holding a ball and then use you other hand to flow around it fallowing the transitions of the music.then just when the song hits a stong pose or beat put your thumbs together and spred your fingers.

I'm sorry if this afends you at all, I mean to only give you a few tips.. I can see you have the figure 8 motion, rolls, and swings, down well. b ut you should keep to the beat. the song is slower then your show. The simplest of movments can be the best. LEDs are strong and btight so be sure to captivate your adiance with movments that fallow the song.
