All my charges are alcohol and drug related, disorderly conduct, failure to comply with a police officers orders, fighting,resisting arresting, assault on police. True. @NiNm62 to be fair it's illegal in the united states for police to wait outside bars for that reason, they used to do it but then nobody went to those bars and it hurt some buisnesses so bad they had to go out of buisness and took it to the Supreme Court and won. What you're supposed to have is a Designated Driver or a Cab ride to get home, and in case of an emergency where you don't have a ride you can actually call the cops to give you one and they legally have to with no charge to you.

funny you say that. this guy isnt al there. i was at work installing some things in a home for a customer. well this guy just decides he wants to just walk up in to the customers house drunk our of his mind, and start digging though the couch. well there were three little girls and a little boy there. the guy had no idea where he was and refused to leave and when we finaly got hi on his way out the door he kept reching and grabbing for people and things. so yeah i think he is dangerous.. do you?

Actually, the judge (along with the defense and the district attorney) just remanded him to rehab for four months (he was looking at 90 days and 2 years probation).

Now, the interesting thing is that he can walk after three months in rehab as time served.

Hopefully he'll stick it out the last month.
