  • Imo you do a pretty good job with form! I would recommend running on actual ground (as opposed to a treadmill), much more relaxation, less bending from the waist (more from ankles) and a greater folding of the swingleg.

  • lol does she not know how to use a treadmill

  • Wow! I need to learn this!

  • Keep up the training - good work!!

  • aw bless!

looks a bit stressful, though. thought one of the key things in pose was to aim to achieve a more relaxed running style?

  • Thank you for video, especially slow motion. I'm a visual person and that really helped me see what everyone was talking about with this method. I like the idea and the science behind this method.

  • Has pose been working for you? I went to a clinic and I'm not sure that it's sticking when I try to do it!

  • I have a similar looking shoes as you what brand?

  • What is POSE and all that i've looked it up but I have no idea. People just keep saying learn how to do pose.

  • @WaffleSharpie : It's a method of teaching running form. It's based around the idea of using gravity to help you run via leaning from the ankles or getting good hip extension and pulling your foot off the ground instead of pushing into the ground and landing on your heels too far ahead of your general center of mass.

  • Thanks for the comments. I don't know whether this is true to Romanov's method. I like to try new things tho, and they guy who recommended it to me does an 18 min 5k at the age of 50, and won the USAT Long course championship for that age group. so, just sayin...

  • Someone get Rominov, stat!

  • Ha Ha Ha! This lady needs 50cc's of Romanov training immediately!!! Still, gotta thank her for this video. That takes balls, man...

  • Change your instructor he's a quack.

  • Seems pretty dangerous..You could fall or slip off the treadmill much more easily esp when you are tired.

And another thing, if the gym instructor sees you doing this, he's gonna come and tick you off....

    :D

    Exercise caution

  • Never heard of this drill in Pose running - do not work too well for you. You probably are concerned of your safety than on running.

  • Looks like you get one POSE step and then start to fall...so you break by landing the next step out in front.
