  • Why does the freaking squid makes that annoying ass monkey sound! Lol that's the only thing that annoyed the hell out of me when I watched it in TV.

  • You can say that again! : D

  • Kraken vs Moby Dick

  • Classic, swim away with it in your mouth lol

  • no duhr the whale would win they eat squid for a living

  • Why can't I ever find this in English.

  • I wish this was in English.

  • never mess with sperm whale giant squid

  • He He...."Sperm" Whale :P

  • @NavyDogfish tell that annoying kid this if you want to "if you've seen other animals killing lions why would you say that a lion could win against any animal? And there were NO lions in the dinosaur times! And there were NO lions before the big bang it was all dark and nothings like the inside of your head!"

  • @BossMachineGunJohnny On the Lion vs Crocodile video? I have. But it's really not so much annoying as it is comical. I actually have a good laugh, watching him struggle to protect the lion. SuperGuerreroXY's comments are more entertaining than any joke books. And I agree, it's so annoying when people laugh at whale names. They don't realize that the word "sperm" in "sperm whale" is short for "spermaceti", a chemical in the whale's head. Some pervert will laugh at that too.

  • I hate it when people laugh when hear or see sperm or dick etc.etc.. There so fucking immature

  • @graycam wow kid your gay

  • Sperm whale. LOL...sperm.

  • @graycam whales are the most twisted species on the planet: sperm whale, killer whale, humpback whale...

  • The reason the squid just sat still after the clinging on was because the sperm whale did a sonar blasts thing that paralysed the squid temporarily until it was gobbled

  • I remember watching this show but what was it called? And XMigiziX i thought the same thing! lol

  • I saw the title in the recommended and it read "Animal Face Off - Sperm..." lol

  • faaaaake

  • I wanted the whale to win:)

  • go moby dick

  • That squid looks... Colossal

  • Isnt that a colosal squid?

  • Hooray for Sperm Whale!

  • Sperm whale, humpback whale, moby dick! Gosh, whales are so inappropriate!

  • @FrankiMunez well, moby dick was an albino sperm whale, so hence the sexual names :P

  • Before there was Deadliest Warrior...there was this show...LMAO

  • Los cachalotes tienen mucha resistencia. De hecho, todas las ballenas tienen su gran resistencia.

  • i love how people are having these big debates about this. its a tv show get over it.

  • @BarbTheSkater acting bored is not cool anymore

  • this made me laugh so hard i DooDoo my pants.

  • lol. Sperm Whales eat giant squids for breakfast :)

  • For some reason the deep ocean just creeps me out :[

  • Wow, so a creature defeated its natural prey - let's make a TV show about that!

Next week : a battle between a cat and a field mouse!!

  • @kmg4 next week a battle between me (predator) and you (prey) !!

  • @Brady2k10 It took you 6 months to come up with that? I crap bigger than you, faggot.

  • @kmg4 i only came on here yesterday prey

  • @kmg4 i smell dinner!!

  • @Brady2k10 I'll allow you to eat my shit, if that will make you happy.

Eat my shit. And then detox my buttox.

    Heh heh heh heh

  • @kmg4 your the prey, it dont matter what you want, your the lil bitch boy maggot run motherfuckerrrr runnnnnnnn

  • Of course it's fake! God. Nobody has ever seen a living giant squid. Much less one that's fighting to the death with the sperm whale. We know sperm whales hunt/kill giant squids because of their stomach content and scarring made from giant tentacles.

  • @natno910 That is outdated information, my friend. Japanese scientists took the first ever images of a live giant squid back in September, 2004. You're right that nobody's ever really seen these battles in real life, yet they happen every day and the sperm whale is the victor pretty much every time.

  • @natno910 actually fishermen see them quite often compared to what you believe. The first sighting was in 2004 and many get caught in nets all of the time.

  • @azbazmaz1 I agree, they are more common that most think, especially in colder waters like the north atlantic. When retreiving towed sonar arrays in the Navy it was not uncommon to find huge sucker or bite marks in the array itself where something had tried to eat it. (the towed array is a long kerocene filled tube towed about a kilometer behind a warship)

  • The whale bites the squid, the squid then humps the whale.

  • @firefox22217

Actually, squids have hooks on their tentacles. So it's scarring the hell out of the whale, and maybe even biting it.

  • @natno910 Ya, it was a joke.

  • Sperm whales eat giant squids. There have been whales with scarring marks made from tenticles of giant squids. Deep down in the oceans these encounters actually happen amazingly. The sperm whales come up on top it appears.

  • @SuperVideo50 Yeah, but if you want to support the fact that the whales often come out on top, pointing out scars on the whales' hides isn't the best way to go. The best way to point out the whales' victories is to mention the fact that giant/colossal squid beaks are commonly found in sperm whale stomachs.

  • thats not even fair, whats next? a frog vs a fly?

  • do something cool like gorilla vs whaler

  • rcodenbach thats the whale grabbing the squid

  • genial en español , in spanish

  • FAIL, Colossal Squid.

  • wuuuuuuu latino

  • @Zexion98 dude, all he's trying to say is, THERE IS NO FREAKING SQUID BIGGER THAN MOBY DICK!!!!!!!! GET OVER IT!

  • @TopShot3006 That we've seen. The 18.5" wide sucker marks found on a few sperm whales indicate squids nearly 200 feet in length.

  • @GoGojiraGo Maybe, but scientifically speaking, "size" is just another word for weight. And while the squid could (though doubtfully, in my opinion) grow that long, their lack of any skeletal structure and the fact that about 50% of the squid's length is made up of their thin limbs mean that even a 200 ft squid probably won't be larger than an adult bull sperm whale(which can grow up to 126,000 lbs!).

  • Please.. the squid attacking the whale? Squids know that they are whale food. When they get clicked, they are like trying to get the hell out. Their speed is the only thing that may save them.... suckers and tentacles are just no match for old Moby Dick ....

  • @cjeanrond FAIL a squid of monstrous size like a giant squid would actually attack a whale

  • @Zexion98 Squids are far more intelligent than that. No matter how big a giant or colossal squid gets, it's never any match for a sperm whale. An adult bull sperm whale is the size of an eighteen-wheeler truck, and it's so loud that one sonic boom from one is enough to destroy a small house, so the squid would be stunned for a bit, if it lives. No squid in its right mind would attack a whale unless the whale was a calf. When the mother whale comes, the squid usually knows to retreat.

  • @NavyDogfish so you're saying a squid, in theory would not attack a whale even if the squid was much larger then the whale

  • @NavyDogfish What I'm saying is that no squid in its right mind would attack a grown sperm whale. I said that they will sometimes attack calves, but no squid is bigger than a grown sperm whale. The squid, like cjeanrond said, know that they are just fresh calamari in the eyes of a sperm whale. Speed and ink are the only things that might save the squid's life, and the whale can stun or possibly kill the squid with its sonic boom, which is loud enough to demolish a small house.

  • @Zexion98: sorry but it's you that FAIL. ANY marine biologist specialist in sperm whales nor cephalopods will state that in a fight between sperm whale and giant squid - WHATEVER THE SIZE THE SQUID - *ONLY* the squid will end up the loser. THE BEST THE SQUID CAN HOPE FOR IS TO ESCAPE FROM BEING EATEN.

If you think that giant squids actually prey on sperm whales then you need to stop getting your facts from coloring books.

  • @lukebccb sorry i'm not a marine specialist i'm just a kid, but your answer doesn't make sense. ANY SIZE? what about a squid at least 5 times the size of a grown sperm whale.A squid of that size could feast on anything it wanted. You can't say that it's impossible because we know more about space then we know about our oceans and the animals in it, ANY marine biologist should know that.

  • @Zexion98: YOU stated exactly why YOU have a "kids view" of sperm whales and giant squid. YOU've been watching REPEATEDLY "Dead Man's Chest" WAY TOO MUCH.

There's NEVER been ANY suggestion or evidence that a giant or "colossal" squid has ever existed that is "5 times the size of a grown whale".

Go read some REAL ADULT literature - BOOKS! - on the predatory relationship between the sperm whales and squid and GROW UP and stop believing the crap you get from hollywood and coloring books.

  • @lukebccb Explore every ocean entirely then we can have this conversation, because you're pretending like you know when you really don't. EVERY aspect of this argument is pure theory. Have have you been to the bottom of the ocean? NO. Have humans? YES. Have humans explored every single aspect of the Earth's waters? NO. Screw Dead Man's Chest it was gay. I don't believe you have a degree in marine biology or oceanography, so there is nothing more to be said.

  • @Zexion98: cause YOU are STILL a kid and haven't been able to intellectually develop an understanding of how the natural works functions and how in the natural world there is something called *mass* and have the young mind that thinks "big = victor". No one is going to NOT consider a giant squid that is *physically* larger than a sperm whale but it's MASS that matters.

When YOU finally go and do some REAL reading on the complexities of the sperm whale

    (cont.)

  • @Zexion98: as well as the complexities of the giant squid. The interaction between the two in the depths is unknown AT PRESENT but EVERY indication there is, is that the sperm whale is the predator ALWAYS and the squid is the prey ALWAYS.

I'll take the word of a marine biologists that's studied the feeding behavior of sperm whales over the imagination of a YOUNG KID WITH A LOT TO LEARN ABOUT FACTS that thinks "bigger means it gets to kick ass!"

    (cont.)

  • @Zexion98: When YOU FINALLY get past your *simplistic* *young* mind's "bigger size means squid kicks ass on the sperm whale" then get back to the adults.

  • @lukebccb Your brain must be suffering from the lack of oxygen under the water, come up to the surface for a breath of air. You must have nothing better do if you're arguing with a kid, loser ADULT. Get a life and go be an ADULT.

  • Thumbs up iff you came for the word Sperm Whale

  • a lot of people say this is fake because these are simulaters this is how it most likly goes

  • Sperm whale :))))))):))))))

  • YAY ITS SPANISH :D

  • THATS NOT A GIANT SQUID THATS A COLOSSAL SQUID >:(

  • this is fake

  • @xiaoxianlol no dip

  • Thank god the sperm whale had the laser pulse attack... That squid got effed.

  • good fight, clear winner is semen whale in this face down. gotta give both parties props, the slippery guy just couldnt land a solid blow cause the sperm was all over the place, making moves. great work.

  • itis fake, But this video is telling us a real fact.

  • fake...sorry i was just temped to say it cause you said not to.

  • God these animal face off series are total bullshit, creating hollywood like scenarios and usualy portrays animals with completely untypical behavior, can't even get the species of squid correct, here it is called a giant squid also known as Architeuthis when clearly the squid in this vid is a Colossal Squid

  • lol sperm whales can beat giant squids, but really tiked me off was when they said that lions can beat tigers, tigers are known to hunt down bears and bears are bigger than lions how they gonna say that lions can beat them, smh it really angers me and the walrus vs the polarbear omg so fake!!!!!!

  • @crazydude3444 hey male loins are built for fighting and take down elephants which are bigger than tigers but i agree they do put crap on these shows

  • @crazydude3444 The pokarbear vs walrus was one of the worst but the jaguar vs anaconda was worse

  • @crazydude3444 The polarbear vs walrus was one of the worst but the jaguar vs anaconda was worse

  • @legitpandas123 i agree with u, but which do u think would win irl, walrus or bear?

  • @legitpandas123 ya i think i saw polar bear vs walrus

  • sperm whale favourite food is squid it even proven

  • i heard it

  • wow the sperm whales knows aurora beam!!!!

  • The squid

  • Sperm whale owns

  • "So Why did the Whale win this scenario?"

CUZ IT'S A GOD DAMN WHALE!!!!

  • fake and gay

  • recent discovery found a 100 meter squid

  • @jamesfloped Not meters, feet. 108 ft. Guessing, probably around 10 tons

  • U know sperm whales are giant squids natural predator right

  • @yankeefan71694 All I know is Sperm Whale eat squids its there favorite food and very little is know about giant squids, what is know they are very shy animals live in deepest part of the ocean, they die when they reach to surface of the ocean, they live in dark waters to avoid sun light. There is no record in history that Giant Squid attack people. This video is still point less that fact squids probably dont even attack large preadoter, they run like hell by riping off one their arms

  • @yankeefan71694 Wrong. This vid shows a normal squid, not a giant one.(Retards.) a giant squid is five feet longer than this ugly animal, and 60% of the time, owns it.

"When these foes meet, the giant squid wraps its tentacles around the whale and holds tight with its arms. If the whale cannot get the squid's tentacles into it's jaw to kill it, the squid holds the whale underwater until it drowns"

  • @ibuypokemon Nope, giant squid beaks are very commonly found inside sperm whale stomachs. These whales would have no reason to be able to dive so deep if they didn't hunt giant and colossal squid. The sperm whales most certainly are the giant squids' natural predator. An adult bull sperm whale can grow to be 67 ft in length. A female giant squid (females are larger than males in this species) can grow to be 46 feet. The whales have a sonic boom that can stun the squid, then they eat it.

  • c@ibuypokemon Really, how do you expect a 600lb squid to hold a 126,000lb whale underwater for nearly 90 minutes? The whale only has to echolocate the squid to stun it (a sonic boom from a sperm whale is enough to demolish a small house). The squid in this video actually was a giant squid; they are quite small compared to the whales. A sperm whale needs two tons of food daily, so it hunts the biggest prey in the deep.

  • @NavyDogfish well how about a collossal squid? the bigger versions, couldn;t they give more of a fight?

  • @csgptg One would think that, but we're talking a half-ton squid against a 63-ton whale here. In the Southern Ocean, the only place colossal squid live, it was found that 14% of squid beaks in sperm whale stomachs came from colossal squid, indicating that they made up 77% of the biomass consumed by whales (sperm whales eat smaller squid too). The only way the squid really could kill the whale is drowning it, highly unlikely against a whale that can hold its breath for 90 minutes.

  • @yankeefan71694 What do you think they get the scars from? It's not just other whales, in fact it shows the hooks on the tentacles make the scars on here if I'm right...

  • @wolvesveil Well, the scars show that the whales not only go through the battles with those squid, but they live to tell the tale with those scars. If one lives, it wins the fight. And we know a sperm whale would definitely be hungry after a duel with a huge cephalopod. Much of what we know about deep-sea squid, including giant and colossal squid, has been learned from specimens found in the stomachs of captured sperm whales.

  • What kind of Squid would like even circle around a whale and like swim past him.

  • Moby Dick vs. Sperm whale?

  • @HighxFinity moby dick is a sperm whale?

  • This is in SPANISH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • killing me softly with whale song

  • I thought the biggest invertebrate in the world was the colossal squid (25m) instead of the giant squid (15-16m)

  • @keltdevangel1 Wrong. The humongous squid can grow up to 30m. Nobody knows how big these dudes get.

  • @keltdevangel1 Scientists believe the giant squid is longer whereas the colossal is heavier. And on monsterquest they got on video what they believe is a 108 ft. giant squid.

  • true, but the point is that the giant squid nor the colossal squid grows up to 65 feet.. or at least they dont estimate it anywhere near that, so MrAngler00's claim kinda didnt make sense

  • man if only we could see it in real life:-(

  • Sound Whale is very horrible.

  • me gustaria ver kraken vs moby dick

  • WTF? Giant Squid grow to 65 feet! Much bigger than this dumb whale!

  • @MrAngler00 In the show it was actually a colossal squid. Idk why it says giant in the title Lol.

  • @MrAngler00 actually... the colossal squid only goes up to about 46 feet. and it's the largest squid there is

  • @aapjew18 yeah but no one has actually ever found one

  • come on squid

  • This video is awsome!

but i cant under stand the language :(

  • This video is awsome!

  • lol pacman and pinkie the ghost

  • ... WTF

  • blue whale vs chicken

  • so the squid's the egg?

  • 1:30 there is the faintest "sslurp" sound. lemme know if you hear it xP

  • @rcodenbach ssssssssssssssslurp

  • @rcodenbach haha yep :D

  • pfah! the only reason the whale won is becuz he has lazors! give the squid a ray gun and he wud've won for sure!!! :p

  • @electricblue7 Paliza acuatica de cojones. "de cojones" means "of balls", so i guess it would substitute "ass" 8-)

  • You know, you can always just disable comments in your vids...

  • its not an emp, emp sands for electro, magnetic, pols. he used a powerful echo location that disoriants the squid and the whale will that snach it and eat it.

  • ok how do you fake it?sorry my bad.butt im not bad.

  • am i the only one ho saw the squid raping the whale

  • It's so real =D

  • i watched this on tv just this afternoon; very good show. thanks for posting!

  • FAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @ahmet791 No shiiiiiiiiiiiit

  • the sperm whales got a heartbeat sensor...

  • @The1Darkness1 no, its an emp

  • Thats a colossal squid

  • Squid flashing when hit by sonar.... hmm.. I wonder if it's fake? lol

  • fakeest shit ever, if you dont want anymore comments then change the fucking title idiot or GTFO!!!
