That was pure magig! I got goosebumps 'big time'! I trained with IKO1 for a few years,
I can't train properly due to nerve damage in hand. Been training Kaze Arashi Ryu recently.
It's a very good, practical art, but no intensity like kyokushin, the ultimate truth! Hopefully I can return in the future.
I REALLY miss it! thanks for posting, OSU!
