....Totally love the what your are doing and have bought the CD for the spinning class I teach......I have one opposing view on a running comment on your other site, The man mention "our legs were made for running"...I disagree after 25 years as a fitness author, former gym and vitamin company developer....90% of the folks who run daily in time will suffer from neck , back and knee problems....I do subscribe to walk/run for the average person...
