Good sports performance drills however the song you are using is probably not the most appropriate for this video. As coaches we need to set a good example and represent for all sports. Just Sayin.....
@gymgirl620 Thanks for the comment. I feel I set a great example for all my athletes. I also give them the choice to pick the songs that go on videos. She liked this song and wanted on there so I let be on there. Also there is a mute button. Just Sayin'
