Dude, it's not that deep right there, I can't believe you did that. My husband's glasses are under the water just a ways up from there. He fell in showing off to me how he could walk out on this tree leaning out over the water. That was in November. It was too cold to go down to the bottom to find them. What's with you guys?
well, it's obviously deep enough. otherwise, the title of this vid would be "mike and five other people crippled in mirror lake cliff jump(s)." i didn't slam to the bottom, i just touched it with one foot when i kicked to come back to the surface. it's gotta be close to 15-20 ft deep there (or was last july). i've also got vids of us jumping from that tree you're probably talking about. look at mrnappyman's page, which you can get by looking at my subscriptions on my page.
I remember wading there with my sister years ago, and it did drop off so I suppose if you jump out far enough you'd be o.k. but I wouldn't do it. I saw the video of you guys jumping off the tree and I think it is the same tree, but my husband didn't make it up that far before he fell in.

My friends and I have been jumping that cliff for many summers and I have never even touched the bottom...
