    I completely agree about not wanting to spend hours working out... it's so boring when you do that. Just hours of the same little motions... ugh. These workouts make me happy though. They're the highlight of my day.

  • I see in your window that in this case your doing this particular workout in the evening. So this shows me that it actually IS ok to do HIIT at night. That's good to know. I've heard that some people have trouble sleeping afterward though since they still have that exercise high but I usually stay up anyway so it won't matter to me. Good to know.

  • Absolutely true, I've practiced many sports and martial arts, as well as years spent in the gym, also middle and long distance running, Judo, Tae-Kown-Do, Kung-Fu, Basquetball, soccer, u name it, i did it for many years each. Every discipline has it's pros n cons, but what u said is so true. I've been training to ur vids the last 4 month. Awesome results. No words can describe it. HIIT is a real alternative, n time saver. AND FREE : ) Love from argentina, u are the best
