I was stared at by the cast at the end because i have been to see ti with the recent cast with Mrs J as Niki evans. Mickey as Ben sewell and Eddie as Micheal sewell. They were the best cast to play blood brothers yet....

I love this musical! Seen some comments on various threads about wanting a (more) recent recording, but I have it on very good authority there aren't any! I've tried various legit channels and no official recent recordings of the whole show exist. If anyone else knows different, I'd love to hear it!

i saw this in Hull last year with school and Anthony Costa played Mickey it was awesome because my drama teacher , after the showgot him during his fag break to come on our coach to say hi to everyone :D was so cool. and also when i watched the one this year in york i swear that was Anthony playing Sammie!!! was i wrong?? still the production in Hull was 100 x better!!!

Despite her looking "miserable" when you saw the performance, her ability to portay the character of Mrs Johnstone was fantastic. She gave the character real depth and true emotion. Niki is a superb Mrs Johnstone. Glad you enjoyed it. I went yesterday and came out still wracked with emotion. Would highly recommend.

I saw Karl Greenwood as Mickey at the start of the summer, when I went he was the understudy for Mickey, we were all amazed he was the understudy since he was so good !

I saw this show last summer and fell in love with it....It was an amzaing production and I really wish that they sold it on dvd...even if it was a recording of one of their shows and nothing professional I would deff buy it and im sure there are many other peopl that would too.....Linda Nolan is amazing at this part and this show is just AMAZING!!!

Just to clear this up Blood Brothers opened in the west end 20 years ago and is still running there today, been at the Phoenix theatre for 18 years. ALSO it tours at the same time so there are 2 productions running at the same time, 1 west end and 1 tour, both kenwright productions, linda nolan was recently at the phoenix, however she is now back on the tour. THIS CLIP IS THE TOUR VERSION, NOT THE PHOENIX THEATRE.

this is Linda Nolan of the Nolan Sisters singing the role of Mrs J, however there is no soundtrack with her singing. The best one you will find can be purchased on sites such as Ebay, the 1995 cast recording is the latest i'm afraid (13yrs old lol) but Stephanie lawrence as Mrs J is fantastic. alternatively the west end theatre the PHOENIX can send one to you if u mail them a cheque, call stage door and ask to be put in touch with a manager Tel: 02074389600 C.D cost £13 plus p+p charges
