I live in Nashville, TN, and I was happy to see that our downtown area went almost pitch black, although the surrounding areas were still as lit up as ever, which was kind of disappointing. I hope as the years go by more people participate.
Yeah actually on the way back it started to sprinkle a little. I had observed it looking darker towards the south shore from where I was. I thought it was less lighting there but in hindsight I think it was the storm coming towards me.
It was overcast for us too up in canada land.
