Support lever? I thought this was a full planche to handstand. Forgive my ignorance, but if this isn't a full planche, what's the difference?

@fraka899 Nah I don't think so, because I think a planche is actually facing backwards; but people do it forward so the leverage isn't as hard on them.

In germany for example it is called "stützwaage" which means support lever, and the chinese call it... well, it translates to "horizontal handstand" :D however, it is the same element- hand positioning is completely optional, some people even do it on their fingertips O.o
