i think it was a clear error on both drivers.... the one turning did not check to see if some idiot was overtaking before proceeding to turn and the other not anticipating that other vehicles would be turning.
@HANNUTOY LOL...it just might have been. They seem to have accidents so often there that most drivers have these dash cams in their cars. Maybe soon we will have that dash cam footage posted as well..lol.
im confused. looks like theres three lanes there. so did he turn left from the right lane? or did that suv come flying up to pass him in the center lane?

looks like there is three lanes. One for each way, then the middle lane is a free for all, in either direction
