Yes, i agree to the views of chamogaa (dear Vipan Bhai - a true listener). the difference is, when an item is in composed form, the Arranger wishes to be seen there and in LIVE performance, the whole load is with the Ghazal Singer, who thinks and improvises at the same time. The instrumental accompaniment is very good in the skills shown, although I think Mehdi Hassan, Ghulam Ali and you yourself might have kept the ambient music at a lower volume. For a ghazal performance, I think it is important.

Yes, it is. they probably thought the listener may not be able to understand, so made easy for the listener. What do you think? As 'Gulcheen'could only mean Khizaan, right? Have you spent a lot of time in Russia?

:) No, I have never been to Russia but for some mysterious reason, I am fascinated with the country,its history, culture and language. So I learned Russian language at my university and made Russian friends in the US as well as pen friends in the ex-Soviet Union.
