Not sure what your take on 9-11 is, but wouldn't you have to state that the evidence including BBC's report of 6 of the thought dead terrorist clearing their name and being alive and well more than supplant sufficient evidence. This coming from a 3 time combat infantry of the Iraq War, wondering why we're fighting a war on a tactic and not an enemy. We might as well state we're fighting a war on ghosts because it's a war we'll never win. It's imaginary and people seem to believe this crap.

Its easy to stay positive brother. Read Noam Chomsky. I was such a pessimist before I read his works. He highlights the gains we have made in the past 100 years. Look at the lives of an average woman or black man 80 years ago compared to today. Gains are being made every day. I wont lie though, the work ahead is massive.

His claim that Japan tried to surrender and Truman "wouldn't listen" because he "wanted to drop the bombs" is absolutely ridculous and without basis. It is mindboggling that someone of his intelligence could believe such a thing.

You're right that Japan was not trying to surrender, but a part of the reason for dropping the bombs was to "show off" to the Soviet Union. I don't think Truman "wanted" to drop the bombs, but forcing Japan to surrender unconditionally was not the only reason for using them, and it certainly did get the attention of the Soviets.

It is disgusting to me that people see Nazism as other than a healthy response to the realization of an organized enemy within whose goal is the destruction of the country. Look at the increasing number of jews in our government that goes hand in hand with increasing problems and wars. Research the torah and talmud to see their goal for us. The Byzantines knew how to keep these parasites out of positions where they could cause the problems they work multigenerationally to cause.
