I thought Tim Buckley did the original Kangaroo. So that means Jeff covered his father's song. TMC version is incredible.

honestly, this track from This Mortoil Coil is almost 2 decades old, and is absolutely timeless, but you can put this track behind any visual montage and it would make that clip a thing of beauty. Put Liz Frasiers voice behind a butter popcorn commercial and it would make you cry. Not hard to do.

I have always been haunted by this fantastic tune and its a very fitting tribute to the video compilation and to Farscape. It was yet another mind blowing series with an equally mind blowing cast.

This is brilliant. My only complaint was that it should have used another vertion of the song, perhaps Tim Buckley's origional perhaps? The singing on this one was a bit over-done. But the voidioing itself was perfect. Gorgeious, it's going in my faves.

Yep, though lots of other people have covered it too. He's a pretty obtuse singer, his son was more famous (Jeff Buckley) but he's still very good. Try serching out the title Song of the Siren and you should find him on YouTube. There's a vid of him singing. It's very beautiful.

I agree. It's almost apropos. Since both Farscape characters joined SG-1 and now Sci-fi is going to cancel Stargate as well. (I still don't get why they'd cancel the longest running science fiction show ever and show episodes of ECW...) If there were any justice in the world, shows that have made it to 200 or more episodes wouldn't be on the chopping block WHILE shows that have nothing to do with sci-fi roam freely on the network...
