Secondly Devinder pal singh Bhullar has been proved innocent by one of the Judges of the panel so if 1 out of 4 judges in the panel has a diff decision any difference in decision where as in his case he has said Devinder is innocent no one can give death penalty it is Indian law, U would need to go through that as well. Thirdly Police have killed in fake encounters his father, his brother and even his Uncle, what would like so say about that... who needs to be killed or hanged for those killings
Mr Amit U need to know Afzal have killed many innocents openly where as Bhullar have not killed ne one, u need to study a little more on the case he is on trial for the conspiract of Bitta not for killing him whereas all 4 accused with Bhullar have been given clean chit... so Prof Bhullar alone cant built a conspiracy... secondly u need to get the facts right he has not spend 9 years in prison, infact he has spent more then 17 years of prisonment which is more then life imprisonment
Hindustan will never deliver justice to the Sikhs. We are 2nd class citizens in Hindustan. Killers of Sikhs like Jagdish Tytler and KPS Gill aka the fake sikh all walk around free but sikhs are kept in jail, tortured and hanged even when there is lack of evidence!!
I feel that I have hurt sentiments of many and I truly apologize. Whatever I wrote was the outcome of how I was conditioned by media. After days of investigation, I accept that this coverage, though factually correct, is highly biased.
Circumstances made Bhullar Violent and the then govt was responsible for it. I might not be able to upload a new video, but i will definetely put up a article against Bhullar's capital punishment at
@5abimunda00 Please get your facts right. Germany never reversed the decision, court only admitted that it committed a mistake by rejecting political asylum to Bhullar.
@WakeIndia India signed a contract with Germany that they will not mistreat or torture Davinderpal singh bhullar. why has he been tortured? please explain? and why are thousands of other Sikhs which speak for their rights killed in fake encounters or taken to jail :S INDIAS NOT A DEMOCRACY ITS A HYPOCRISY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i donot understand y these ppl compare muslim and sikh ppl same muslim doing terror ok but sikh taking revenge from the ugly dirty indian goverment whatever they did 1984 ,, ok revenge and terror are two diffrent things .. indian goverment is terrroist what they did to innocent sikhs family .... if u kill some ppl family members for no reason tht family ppl will take revenge and this is sikh doing give khalistan and finish the problem
What is india these days.just a mockrey of situation. If you want one set of rule for all including bhullar, kasab then include sajjan and others into this list those were involved into killing of various sikhs in June 84.So according to you all the hindus who killed sikhs on those black days dont deserve any humane treatment. If you want to wake India and wanna show equality hang sajjan along with bhullar.NO one is Born terrorist, they are forced to act when govt fails to give you justice.ans it.
I truly admit that there is one more face of this debate. The very fact that the judgement of supreme was not unanimous hints towards some ambiguity and discrepancy in the judgement.
But for once if you look at the entire issue rising above the narrow lines of religion, you would realize that Prof Bhullar is at fault as well.
The Bhullar is a victim of state terrorism. his father, uncle were killed by Sumedh saini and close relatives were brutally beaten. Why not any action is taken against them? Does Indian law spare them and allow to make killings of innocents?
Total 133 witness were produced by Police, none recognized him.
Bhullar is highly qualified-a mechanical eng, why his confession was written by Police and he was forced to sign.
His confession was taken by ACP when tortured and forced to sign in captivity,
This is not 1984 where this indian govt did the holocaust of Sikhs and backstabbed by jeopardize in faith of Sikh community which considered Hindus as their own brothers. Kihar singh was hanged without any involvement but why Bhullar this time? Why not the chief masterminds of Sikh genocide of 1984 like Amitabh Bacchan, tytler, Kamal Nath, Sajjan kumar etc?
There can not be a double fold justice system be allowed in India, in which minorities suffer and majority protected. It's enough now.
If Bhullar can be given the death punishment, then why not Kishore Lal? FYI, Mr. Lal "butcher of Trilokpuri" killed 20 Sikhs in Delhi and his death sentence was commuted. This is selective treatment by the judiciary.
1. German law does not allow extradited individuals to be given death penalty: so India is violating international law.
2. Bhullar's death penalty was delayed and he was confined to solitary confinement and imprisoned for great length...which means you are punishing the same person twice.
3. The majority of witnesses were unable to identify Mr. Bhullar during the supreme court case.
4. Why is there no death penalty for the likes of Jagdish Tytler and Sajjan Kumar ?
5. Bullar is a key witness in the Sumedh Saini case. Are you aware that Mr. Saini and the Punjab police are accused of mudering Bhullar's father and other family members?
You said "Lawlessnes will reign over India" Did it not reign in Gujarat in 2002 and Delhi in 1984? Why no death penalty then???????
Why no death penalty for those who killed thousands of Sikhs in Delhi? If Bhullar killed 12 people, Tytler and Sajjan killed 1000s...
@baggasher1 All your points are completely valid but you should understand that this issue is not of sikhs vs India. Sikhs have been integral part of India. Bhullar has committed crime and must be punished but at the same time likes of Tytler, if found guilty, should be awarded no less than capital punishment.
This is a much accepted fact that state sponsored the killing of many family members of Bhullar. But this is no way deminishes the blunder Bhullar has committed.
1. How can Bhullar be hanged if Germany's extradition law does not law extradited individuals to be executed? This is a violation of international law.
2. The Supreme Court was NOT UNANIMOUS in giving the death sentence to Bhullar. This is unprecedented in Indian judicial history.
3. The witnesses could not agree that Mr. Bhullar was involved and Bhullar is a witness in a key case.
Why don't you address these and the other points raised?
@WakeIndia Germany extradited Professor Bhullar on the condition that the death penalty would not be enacted. Please read up extradition law. India is violating international law.
@WakeIndia Wrong. Germany reversed its stand on Dr. Bhullar's extradition shortly after sending Dr. Bhullar back to India. The entire E.U. is against Dr. Bhullar's execution. How is this a political party issue when the entire world is against his execution. The rest of the world doesn't care about Punjab politics.

If death penalty is used in 'unusual cases' then was not killing of Sikhs in Delhi 'unusual'?
BTW, the population of India has voted butchers like Sajjan Kumar, Tytler, and Modi over and over again. What sort of democracy is this?
