Bibs are definitely very comfortable. I got a cold weather set with a chamois from Endura and I'm planning on wearing wool underwear so I don't have to wash the bibs too often. I was hesitant about arm warmers, but they are really convenient since you can pull them off and store them without too much hassle. Your nose gets runny so, bring handkerchiefs or get gloves with a soft area for wiping your nose. This is my first winter too. I added you to my winter cyclists list on twitter. Have fun!
