You aid a person is robbing, stealing, etc, which results in the murder of another, you should be executed. To claim you did not know it was going to happen when you walked into a place armed is like saying you didn't mean to bake a cake when you had all the ingredients laid out before you. Hogwash, you have a gun for a reason, it was used for that reason, and now you suffer the consequences of your actions.
This law isn't all that uncommon, it's just that other states don't call it the 'law of parties', they call it felony murder. Just a week ago a man was put to death in Missouri for a crime similar to Foster's. Last year another was executed in Mississippi.

How can a parent speak for their dead child? I would want them to fry in the worst way. I would want them to sit in the chair if it was my kid. I read the document describing what happened. I do disagree with executing man for someone elses actions. There is no way that Jeff could have known that Daniel was going to kill Kris. Yes, yes, I know he was convicted under the law of parties, but maybe, just maybe that law is bullshit and needs to be removed. I am not anti Death Penalty, just anti unjustified death penalty.
