2. The Garratts don't have much of an exhaust bark at all - possibly due to them being oil-fired or the length of their steam pipes? Bit of steam hissing at the beginning of the video, but nothing but annoying creaking from the carriages during the journey. No traditional steam loco sounds at all.
The Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway is a miniature railway; the locos and rolling stock are small-scale replicas. The gauge is 1ft 3in.
The Welsh Highland Railway is a narrow-gauge line but the locos are quite sizable (especially the South African Garratts). The gauge is 2ft.

Are the Garratts the same guage as the Rommy, er Dymchurch & ohh blast it I can't remeber, But do you know which railroad I mean?
