@moonflower2345 ..because i think Casey was only missing in action from Cindy never George and Cindy was desperate to pin her down and since the car tech. was in their name not Casey's...so it was a way for cindy to involve the cops ..same as George using his stolen gas cans to involve the cops to wash his hands of his headache..to be sure the duct tape was tied to those cans and most importantly to CASEY not him...after all they were in HER trunk not HIS shed..right??

@stevie4004 and why was he so concerned about the duct tape issue how did he KNOW that Caylee may be found with DUCT tape on her..an ex homicide detective... he knew the cops were not going to come rushing out over some silly gas cans being stolen and he KNEW who had the cans..why would he want to implicate his daughter so badly to the cans duct tape ect...makes no sense at all unless he KNEW how Caylee MAY have been found....

I think it was People mag., article that advanced the idea that GA's beer suicide was anticipating a forthcoming DNA report being released, and was working on gaining sympathy reaction ffrom public.

Accident, (cover up = stupid though), but went out of control.

And the defense will show it when its there turn.

It's interesting to see how defense has crossed up the states witness and set them up to re call when it fits right for them.

Both the Florida DA' S act and look like jerks, rats, dorks, They like to object to evidence that could help prove peoples innocence,

Instead of looking at all the evidence the state likes to "cherry pick" certain items that benefit themselves.

Defense has done a great job tearing holes in the states own witnesses.

Nancy grace and the media are very bias jerks.

Cindy accident in pool/George was instructing cover up. Casey walked in on it.

She did not murder her kid.

State DA just wants to further careers.

And defense has not even began its side. They won't makes the mistakes with thief witnesses as the state did. ( 2 sides to every story)

you know i finally figured out why george was in the delivery room HE IS THE DAD! i heard the testimony the other day and he said yes i was there to see my granddaughter born i was there when ALL my children were born. Zanny is probably cindy and nana combo she is only 2 and it could be cin anthony as anny . I would always tell my son go play with your brother and where is your brother so naturally he called him broder instead of his name.

I agree with some of your thoughts about George and Cindy, certainly not the best parents or even people. But I think you are really reaching with your theory. There is no evidence that George was involved and there is just no way I believe Cindy is that good an actress. There wasn't even a hint of a conspiracy between George and Casey during those visits.

They were able to get a complete history of the deleted records. There was no mention of Zani other than the morning of July 16th.

I felt the same way yesterday. It seems that someone has a big time line infront of them and they are following the same script. Dr Dew, Joy Behar Vinne P Nancy Grace are all on the same time line. And to think most of what they are saying is rehash and free info. It is a fasanating study in media operations. And Jose is poorly repersenting his client.

One other thing. I do not know if what happened was homocide or accidental, but I do know it makes no sense that someone would premeditate a murder, then throw the body in the trunk of their car and drive around with it until the smell was that bad, then drive maybe 5 blocks from their home and throw the body maybe 20 feet of so from the road, not burying it. Just not the way cold blooded psychopaths function.

@btdt300 It's not strange, given Casey's mentality. She dreamed of killing Caylee for months before she actually did it (84 searches for chloroform on scipot in March). I think she toyed with the idea for a long time, then got triggered when Cindy choked her on 6/15/08. She really didn't think it thru b/c she lives in fantasy and lies. The fantasy was getting back at Cindy and Geo. She d/n think about the reality of disposing of hte body. She's a sociopath.

I am with you. I have watched this trial and been absolutely shocked at the lack of evidence, the twisting of truth the prosecution is doing. They seem to be trying to win the case by emotion and demonization of Casey, not by evidence.

great video ! keep up the good work !!! as i have watched this trial , i have been shocked at the lack of evidence that the prosecution has, i have seen no evidence linking Casey to the murder. i was part of the witch hunt, i had a pitchfork myself, but after what i have seen in the media, and lack of truthful reporting , and not the whole story , the media spin , its an outrage ! i think of what Caseys parents did to casey, i think of the movie "Gaslight". old black/white movie.
