Not so sure that this is conclusive evidence that she refused to accept a credit card. The driver stated at least three times on video that his card is no good, suggesting that before the filming started, the passenger's card may have been declined. All I see here is a video made by a persistant drunken jerk who doesn't know when to quit.

The cabbie violated a number of laws on the books: Faking a broken credit card reader, failure to have identification on dashboard, and failure to convey information to customer. I hope you file a complaint with SF 311 and/or the taxicab commission.
