all they did was take the parts inside it and move it under the screen, therefor there is nothing behind the screen to make it look black. We couldn't do that with TV's, or else they'd be double the height. But, it's possible

They are kinda just showing the concept and try to earn some money probably for the further research.

There are much better applications for transparant amoled than this, imagine this being implemented in glasses or even a lens, windows etc
