Having said that however PEV was not ideal and therefore Hague is the only credible process. After the ICC has ben given the greenlight we should proceed with a local tribunal for the small perpetrators of the violence and then embark on a Truth Justice & Reconciliation Commission path. Kenya will emerge stronger from this.

You know what, I would welcome a degree of sanctions because the only thing that holds up most if not all of African administrations is intergovernmental 'aid' (which in many cases are just soft loans) from the West.
