Green Berets are SFOD A-C. Delta is SFOD-D, and is comprised of operators from Rangers and Green Berets, as well as some SEALs and Recon Marines.
Delta is the top of the food chain in terms of special forces.

became an intrucrtor..moved..on went to Captiva Island, FL...maid it ..became a SE:AL...moved on.joint special ops..also became a Green Beret..the ELITE.

you can't be a Marine, then become a Top Gun, then join the SEALs (SEALs don't have any training complexes in Florida), and you have to be in the Army (NOT THE MARINES, AIR FORCE, OR NAVY) to be a Green Beret.

loscar i enlisted passed the PST and got a recommendation from a SEAL team friend of mine. but I know passing the PST only gives you 12% chance success any suggestions on how to train my upper body better I know 50 pushups 73 seconds and six pullups in 2 minutes and 3 seconds isnt going to cut it at BUDs
