I dont see how anyone could dislike this game. It will be the best fighter of 2012 and possibly 2013 unless NRS puts a shit load of hard work and timing into MKX we all know the netcode will be perfect for this game and we can play everyone in the world with no region blocking. I am ready to pick up my limited edition from gamestop at midnight! it wont stop me from playing MK9 or UMK3 but i know i am going to love this crossover!
@TheAriedry I wouldn't consider it Street Fighter with DLC, since there's a tag system similar to Tekken's, there is a gym system, there is a pandora mode, there are launchers, etc etc. This is similar to Street Fighter, but at the same time very different from it.
@TheAriedry They couldn't release them at the same time because Namco is too busy with Tekken Tag Tournament 2 right now to be working on Tekken x Street Fighter. Not that Tekken x SF isn't important, but it's kind of hard to work on 2 games at once when 1 is very similar to the other.

I can't wait to see what a Hadouken looks like in Tekken form.

All characters seem fairly balanced, and the Tekken-chars feel like they belong to Street Fighter because of their accesibility sometimes. I'll have lots of fun playing this game.

Either way he said the game is well done. As analytical as he is with fighters, coming from him it means a lot.

some friendly advice to the tekken fans. all the major fighting game tournaments have street fighter 4 as the main event with MVC3 as the secondary and then other games such as blazeblue, KOF, street fighter 2/3 and tekken. That alone proves which is the superior game. tekken died a long time ago, which is the reason namco asked for this crossover
The reason why its SF style is because they came up with the idea of the crossover (to increase their popularity using tekken) and tekken is also making their version with their style of gameplay and its going to be way better.

(In an attempt to end the "Tekken is better than SF and SF is better than Tekken" quarrel) They are both badass! I like SF more because i adapt to 2d fighters easier yet i love tekkens style characters from both sides beatin the not out of eachother is the real reason i wanna play it. I will so be playing this game day 1 I can get it. With the recent batch of characters released, there are so much more speculations flying around.
But I have a feeling this game will attract players from both communities, also what with the option for Tekken-controls. It's really unique.
But this is just my opinion, this still looks amazing.

some friendly advice to the tekken fans. all the major fighting game tournaments have street fighter 4 as the main event with MVC3 as the secondary and then other games such as blazeblue, KOF, street fighter 2/3 and tekken. That alone proves which is the superior game. tekken died a long time ago, which is the reason namco asked for this crossover

The reason why its SF style is because they came up with the idea of the crossover (to increase their popularity using tekken) and tekken is also making their version with their style of gameplay and its going to be way better.

Not really. Cammy doesn't (has no projectile moves whatsoever). Unless you're saying all Capcom characters have some kind of move with the fireball command input, then that's still not true because Zangief doesn't.

(In an attempt to end the "Tekken is better than SF and SF is better than Tekken" quarrel) They are both badass! I like SF more because i adapt to 2d fighters easier yet i love tekkens style characters from both sides beatin the not out of eachother is the real reason i wanna play it. Plus people arn't seeing the big picture i'm not sure if they are going to make 2 separate versions but if they are then stfu and buy the one you like better 3D or 2D >.<
