Perhaps Lockerz decided to change the return address from the warehouse to the office because the warehouse got large amounts of mail which needed to be forwarded to the office.
And 12 employees is all it takes to run a small business. The warehouse probably belongs to a separate distributor connected to liberty media, which brings me to how you failed to to search Liberty Media in the BBB index rather than just Lockerz, which is a trademark of the service, not the actual company.

You sir, are an idiot. The fulfillment center is not owned by Lockerz. In case you didn't know, it's possible to hire or rent these fulfillment companies/centers. The NJ address is the fulfillment center, and the PA address is the actual Lockerz building.
Street view is still in "beta", if you will. Not even the majority of areas have been mapped by it.

My friend, who is also on lockerz, said that lockerz is all about market research, which is why they ask you a question and give you pointz. It's hardly a a scam seeing as they don't ask for credit card details or anything like that. They only really ask for your name, email address and post code (or zip code) so even if you don't get a prize you're not losing any money.

They wont ask you «do que prefer McDonalds or burguer king?». The techniques used nowadays at advance marketing use the unconcious thinking of people, in order to sell more. They make a silly question in order to have raw statistic data about you.
For example, the natural responde to the human being to the red and yellow colours are Hunger and Rush. That's why there're a lot of fast food places with those colours.
