This is so obviously being lip synced so why bother even commenting on that fact. Its just a mimed performance for a live morning tv show which happens all the time, including a lot of guest appearances on most "LIVE" TV shows. Sonny J's "Can't Stop Moving" takes a bit from Jackson 5-era Michael, yes. He samples all sorts of stuff.

The band is miming to a remixed version. Drums are a little harder to just "mime," though, so I wouldn't be surprised if he was actually playing, but I'm almost 100% that the other musicians are faking it, nevermind the lip-syncing singer. ;P
